Permutation is when your problem have order matter. like 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Computation is order doesnt matter

I have problem on this Exercise

Ex28.Pg414
A professor writes 40 discrete mathematics true/false
questions. Of the statements in these questions, 17 are
true. If the questions can be positioned in any order, how
many different answer keys are possible?
How can I solve this?
